Modification and improvement

Dear players, check out the latest news and adjustments in the game:

🛠️ News and Tests:
- Eisen Dungeon 4 is in testing phase.
- New Skills added to Pumpkim NPCs (levels 241, 251, 261 and 271) with trade requirements.
- New options added to *Transport Crystal:
- DEX +15 / +20
- INT +15 / +20
- STR +15 / +20
- AA +10 / +15

📈 Improvements to Hell Garden:
- Number of monsters increased in areas 1-4. - Item drop rate** increased in area 1.

💰 Access Adjustments:
- Teleport to Gilles de Rais Lair now available from the Lair Assistant NPC for the cost of 300,000,000 Gold.

🔧 Important Fixes:
- Skill balance adjusted.
- Fixes applied to GDR DC and other minor bugs.
- Lacoste Summon Boss fixed.

📜 Other Improvements:
- Contract exchange now **allowed** between players.
- Ordinary Lilith, now only fails and the option no longer disappears.

Second part of the update 12/23/2024

-New Drops Added to Lacoste 

-All Lacoste monsters now have a chance to drop Bloodstains of Madness and Bloodstains of the Fascination with a medium drop rate.

-Fixed Lilith Drop Options

-The drop options for Lilith have been corrected, with Physical Reduce added for items of grade 4 and above.

-Updated Lilith Spirit (Magic) Options

-The options for the Lilith Spirit (Magic) item have been updated to ensure better balance and performance.

-Party Experience Adjustment:

-Party experience (EXP) will no longer be reduced, ensuring all team members receive the full amount of experience when playing together.

-(The Eisen Dungeon 4F has been updated):
Reward boxes now only appear after completing the Lair.
Entry to the Eisen Dungeon 4F is limited to 1 player at a time.
