 Server Improvements:

1. Item and System Adjustments:
   - Fixed issue with Lacoste Adjustment
   - Description of Polymorph Injection and Reposition Injection skills modified.
   - Corrected the wrong Aura item.
   - Relic of Oblivion** can now be traded.

2. Additions:
   - Ouster Wristlet added to the basket when creating a character.
   - Teleportation to Hell Garden from levels 1 to 10 has been added.
   - Summon messages for main BOSSES  now appear in blue.

3. Skills and System Fixes:
   - General skill adjustments applied.
   - Fixed issues with the Defense and Protection information on characters.
   - Adjusted Vapor Blue duration.
   - Fixed Ouster Count Box crash.
   - The requirement to complete the Hell Garden towers has been removed for accessing upper levels.
   - Fixed the crash for Ousters rank 55+.

4. Gameplay Fixes:
   - Corrected the Inventory Layout
   - Fixed issue where no experience was gained when using Stone 13x.
   - Adjustments made to the Dragon Box (still under review).

5. Trading Restrictions:
   - Hell Garden Seeds and Crosses can no longer be sold in shops, dropped on the ground, or traded.

6. Level Requirements:
   - Level requirements have been activated for Lacoste,Dracula Castle, and Bathory Dungeon.

7. Hit Chance for Articles:
   - 80% for level 201
   - 70% for level 211
   - 60% for level 221
   - 40% for level 231
